Which areas do you cover?
We deliver right across Dubai. Delivery, set up and collection are included in every package.
Which days do you host parties?
We currently host parties on Saturdays and Sundays. Choose your date on the booking calendar to see live availability.
How long is the hire?
Four hours as standard. You can add extra hours at AED 125 per hour when you book.
Is everything cleaned between parties?
Yes. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before each and every event.
Can you set up indoors or outdoors?
Both. We just need a flat, clean space with enough room for your chosen package. For outdoor setups a shaded area is recommended given the climate.
What ages is the soft play suitable for?
Our soft play is designed for babies and young children. A parent or guardian is required to supervise throughout the hire.
Are there any rules for the soft play?
To keep everything beautiful and safe we ask for no shoes, socks on at all times, no food, drink, glitter or face paint in or near the play area, and a parent or guardian supervising throughout.
How do I secure my date?
A 50% deposit confirms your date and package at the point of booking, paid securely by card online. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event via a secure payment link. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another available date.

Booking & payment
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your date and package, paid securely by card online. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event via a secure payment link. Your date is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & rescheduling
The deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable to another available date. From the moment of booking we begin ordering products to suit your party, liaising with suppliers and holding your slot, which means turning away other bookings for that date. In the event of weather that Rose & Rae deems unsafe, we will offer a reschedule credit towards a new date.
Supervision & house rules
A parent or guardian must supervise at all times. To keep everyone safe and our equipment beautiful, we ask for no shoes, socks on at all times, no food or drink, no glitter and no face paint in or near the play area. Rose & Rae is not liable for injury arising from misuse or lack of supervision during the hire.
Space, access & setup
The client is responsible for providing a suitable, clean and accessible space for setup. Please ensure clear access on the day so equipment can be delivered and collected on time.
Damage & loss
A rental agreement and liability waiver is signed on delivery day. Rose & Rae equipment is inspected and photographed before and after every hire. In the rare and unfortunate event that something happens, the hirer is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage, staining or loss beyond normal wear and tear, which will be invoiced separately following the event. To help keep our equipment beautiful for everyone, please avoid food, drinks, coloured face paint or glitter near the soft play area.
